Our centers are equipped to conduct the medical examinations required by occupational health surveillance in dedicated facilities, using appropriate equipment and ensuring the employee’s privacy. These examinations include the pre-employment medical examination, conducted prior to hiring or a change in job duties, to verify the employee’s fitness for the specific risks associated with the position; the periodic medical examination, conducted at the frequency established by the health protocol (typically annually) to monitor the employee’s health over time in relation to occupational risks; the medical examination requested by the employee, when the employee believes that their health condition may be related to their work; the medical examination upon termination of employment, required for workers exposed to specific risk factors; and the medical examination upon return to work after a sick leave lasting more than 60 consecutive days. At the conclusion of each examination, the occupational physician issues a determination of fitness for the specific job, including any necessary prescriptions or restrictions. Toscana Diagnostica ensures that the documentation is managed in compliance with regulations, with full protection of the employee’s privacy.
