Let's build a health network. Let's build it together.

Toscana Diagnostica is a project that seeks talent, critical thinking, and diverse perspectives.
People who believe that health deserves expertise and care. People who want to do their jobs well and feel like they’re part of a larger mission.
People who know that behind every test tube, every image, every interaction, there is a human being waiting for an answer and deserving of respect.
Why Toscana Diagnostica
A Job That's Meaningful
Diagnostics is the first step in every treatment journey. Every person in our network contributes directly to people’s health—not in an abstract way, but in a concrete, measurable, and everyday way.

About Us
Toscana Diagnostica is an integrated healthcare network founded in Tuscany in 2026, dedicated to laboratory diagnostics, diagnostic imaging, and specialty medicine. The central laboratory in Sesto Fiorentino performs 100% of its tests on-site and issues reports within 24 hours of receiving the sample; the network’s diagnostic centers and blood draw sites operate under the same protocols, the same digital system, and the same clinical governance. The network grows through the consolidation of facilities already well-established in their local communities: those who join today help build the system, rather than taking a position already defined by others.
The Role
In the network’s diagnostic imaging centers, the TSRM performs the examination, oversees image quality and radiation protection, and collaborates with the radiologists who interpret the results on-site. The equipment used within the network includes 1.5T and 0.5T MRI scanners, multi-slice CT scanners with up to 128 slices, direct digital radiography, digital mammography with tomosynthesis, and MOC/DEXA.
We are seeking technologists with proven experience in at least two of the following modalities—MRI, CT, and mammography—and who are willing to contribute to the development of common protocols for the entire network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing MRI, CT, digital X-ray, mammography, and MOC exams in accordance with network protocols, with a focus on patient positioning, image quality, and patient comfort.
- Managing technical schedules, exam room workflows, and non-urgent cases.
- Applying the principles of justification and optimization required by Legislative Decree 101/2020, in collaboration with the Radiation Protection Expert and the Medical Physicist.
- Conducting quality control checks on equipment and managing relationships with maintenance services.
- Use of the networked RIS/PACS system for archiving and sharing images among centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiology, Imaging, and Radiotherapy (class L/SNT3) or an equivalent degree recognized in Italy.
- Registration in the TSRM Registry with the TSRM and PSTRP Order.
- At least three years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with the ability to work independently on MRI or CT scans.
- Operational knowledge of RIS/PACS systems.
- Willingness to work shifts from Monday through Saturday and to work at multiple centers within the network.
The following are preferred qualifications:
- Experience in mammography with tomosynthesis and in musculoskeletal and neurological MRI.
- Experience in drafting or reviewing imaging protocols.
- Experience in private facilities accredited by the Regional Health Service.
What we offer
- An employment contract, with job classification and compensation commensurate with experience, including a variable component tied to quality and efficiency goals.
- Ongoing training and professional development with role-specific programs, paid for by the company.
- Employee benefits and meal vouchers.
- Shifts scheduled in advance and workloads distributed fairly.
- An organization established just a few months ago, with processes still being developed and genuine opportunities to propose ideas and drive change.
